An entire post on random smoothies

I will be adding more at a later date, I have found some more smoothies/shakes are just awesome!

Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
4 cups vanilla yogurt
4 medium bananas
4 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups orange juice

Directions:
Place 1/2 of ingredients in a blender. Blend. Then place other half in. Blend

Raspberry-Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup of pineapple juice
1 cup low-fat natural yogurt
5 ice cubes

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until Smooth.
