Cheddar-Turkey Burgers

serving size: 1 burger, Total Servings: 6

1-1/2 pounds lean ground turkey breast

1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into 6 equal-sized patties.

2 Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook the patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains. Serve immediately.
