Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan

2-4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg, beaten
sliced or shredded mozzarella
jar of marinara sauce

Spread olive oil onto bottom of crock pot. Beat egg with fork in a small bowl. In separate bowl mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip chicken into egg, then bread crumb mixture. Place chicken on bottom of crock pot. Layer mozzarella then marinara. Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high 3-4 hours. Serve with whatever pasta you like!
