Oozing Chocolate Cakes
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup butter, cubed
4 egg yolks
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
3/4 cup all purpose flour
Place chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at 50% power 1 minute longer; stir until smooth. Add the eggs, egg yolks and sugar; mix well. Add flour; stir until blended. Pour into eight greased 6 oz custard cups.
Place custard cups on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-16 minutes or until a thermometer inserted near the center reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from the oven and let stand for 1 minute. Run a knife around edge of custard cups; invert into individual dessert plates. Serve immediately.
